o Responsible for managing Key Accounts (B2B Corporate clients) – Motor, Marine & General Insurance.o Attending B2C enquiries (Walk Ins / Mail / Phone) – Motor & General Insurance.o Responsible for Contract Renewals & Claims Management - Coordinate with Insurance companies & clients.o Responsible for On the Job Training: Process training for new staff / management trainee program. o Liaising with Insurance companies (Underwriters). Getting quotes for new enquiries (Motor, Marine and business comprehensive). o Budgeting client spend and recommending them best options with overall coverage of insurance.o Co-ordinate & Follow up with Insurance companies for endorsements.o Attending events / training (On-Site) held by Insurance Companies.o Reports - Prepare commission statement for Department Head. For Life Insurance business (Oman and Salama)o Maintain records for Life and Marine policy. Send monthly report to the Dept. Head & Accounts.

Events Division: o Aptly managing the back stage & back office duties / activities including, ticketing, accounting, filing and coordinating with relevant authorities in-charge of the event.o Managing “Spot Lite” i.e the monthly schedule of the club activities. Starting from collecting the data from various internal departments. o Coordinating with the printing supplier for the artwork and printing. o Getting the same couriered to the members. Real Estate: o Offering customer service to the clients, visiting the club for information regarding real estate projects. o Fix appointments with member’s for presenting property information on ongoing and upcoming projects.o Liaising with collection executives, briefing them about member history & queries.o In case of any mis-commitment towards the members, co-ordinate with the marketing department and customer care to ensure the matter is resolved. o Preparing relevant reports as & when management may require.o Maintaining stock/ inventory records. Preparing Purchase Order / Release Orders accurately in conjunction with the deal agreed.o Maintaining I.P.S records after the deal is finalized. o Handling all administrative / secretarial duties involved as per process flow
