Financial & Management Accounting:• Maintenance of Intercompany Accounts• Reconciliations of Cash, Bank, Debtors & Creditors• Preparation & Maintenance of MIS, Cash Flow, Ageing Reports etc.• Daily Book Keeping & General Accounting• Dealing with foreign currency Transactions• Preparation of Export Invoices in different CurrencyOperations:• Preparation of Monthly Payroll & Expenses• TDS on Salary on monthly pay‐out and maintenance of Records.• Review Staff reimbursement in a timely manner, ensuring all approvals and disbursement of PaymentsAccounts Receivable & Payable:• Periodic review & scrutiny of Ledger Accounts follow up for Debtors collection and Keep check on Cash Collection from Debtors as per the Credit Period & chasing overdue debts where necessary• Preparation of Monthly Ageing analysis for timely payment collection.• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions and identifying insufficient payments• Verify Invoices issued by Vendors for supply of Services/ Products against quotation .• Resolves account discrepancies by documentation, issuing stop payments, payments or adjustmentsStatutory Compliances:• Preparation of Monthly GST/TDS Payment & filing of GST Monthly i.e.GSTR1,GST3B& TDS Quarterly Returns & Issuance of TDS Certificates accordingly• Updating records as per compliances of Taxes i.e. GST & TDS for timely disbursement• Maintenance of Input Tax Credit details & Reconciliation of GSTR 2A Credit• Ensuring timely compliances & handling Govt. Notices & Regulations
