I am passionate about providing high quality evidence-based practice to help clients achieving their health and functional goals.I developed my skills in exercise assessment, prescription, and delivery for a wide range of clinical conditions included but not limited to chronic musculoskeletal, neurological, mental health, metabolic, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions; both face to face and online. I also had the opportunity to work within a multidesiprenary team to provide the best practice for clients.My clinical interests include chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, women's health, and cancer.Also, my previous career life gave me the opportunity to well-develop my soft skills which are required for being a successful EP including teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving, time management and planning skills.I enjoy learning, developing new skills and continuous self- development.
