-Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize capacity utilization and ensure on-time fulfillment of customers’ orders.-Implement and monitor MRP, Material Planning-Define and monitor KPIs for the planning system-Provide consultations for warehouse management-Monitoring and supporting continuous improvement activities in production processes

-Establish a system for job grading and employee performance evaluation by collaborating with the HR consultant.-Support the employee in the use of the HR module of the ERP system (Hamkaran System).

-Forecast customers order and prepare Master Production Schedule and demand plans.-Develop and optimize short-term production schedules.-Implement and monitor MRP, Inventory management.-Prepare and present weekly and monthly managerial reports.-Participate in the establishment of “Plastic injection” and “Pressing” units-Collaborate in the implementing an Integrated Production System (Banian System).
