As a visionary and dynamic leader in education with a robust background in both academia and business instruction, my expertise lies in weaving digital learning innovations into the fabric of education, nurturing environments of inclusivity, and leading the charge in sustainable educational development. I have multiple skills in curriculum design, quality assurance, learner support, and staff development. I am committed to contributing to the innovation and excellence of GUS and LCCA, and to supporting the academic and professional outcomes of my students and colleagues.I am IQA and SEND qualified and I am qualified to teach Numeracy and Literacy to adults. I have also taught and assessed various courses and qualifications in fashion and business at Kingston College, Pearson, Fashion-Enter Ltd, LCCA, and St Patricks College.Additionally, In my role as the LCCA lead for GOSH GUS, I have been at the forefront of initiatives aimed at improving sustainable well-being and have been a pivotal force in the digital transformation of education at LCCA, an effort that was recognised with a Digital Presenter Award at LCCA. My contributions to curriculum development emphasise sustainable economic innovation and inclusivity, contributing to a marked enhancement in educational outcomes. Currently, I am furthering my commitment to educational excellence and inclusivity through my studies in Educational Psychology at UCL, which are on track to culminate in the BPS-recognised Chartered Psychologist accreditation.
