About Saba Imru-Mathieu
Hello! I’m the CEO and Founding Partner of Leaders Today. Our boutique firm provides executive coaching, leadership development, and culture change programs to international clients. As the head coach in our firm, I develop our signature coaching programs, models and tools to best serve our clients’ needs. I’m very lucky to be surrounded by a group of excellent Coaches with the same passion for coaching and the shared values of our profession. I am also in charge of designing the executive education modules in our Leaders Today Academy. These focus on training leaders and managers to develop coaching skills, which are essential to effective modern leadership and provide a viable alternative to command and control. Having been a certified coaching professional for over 15 years now, I’ve supported hundreds of leaders over several thousand hours. Today I work with a limited number of individuals, mainly CEOs, enterprising executives and senior managers who have a lofty vision for their organization and are determined to achieve it.
