I worked as part of the team that developed and QAed the order management tool for the client (Bell Canada). The tool was java based and was used to manage customer and order data for call centers and retail outlets. My primary responsibilities consisted of: • Creating automated regression and progression test scripts using Rational Functional Tester for the CRM application for Bell Canada (Ordermax). Creating and upgrading two new automation frameworks to minimize maintenance needs. • Administration of testing tools within the project, playing a key role in customizing and implementing new tools.(Clear Quest and Rational CLM) • Working on MDM testing and implementing the UAT phase for the same. • Worked as QA tester and defined process for streamlining the testing and reporting within the team and lead a team of 3 people as senior automation tester.
