In my role, I oversee the comprehensive processing of both purchase and sales bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance withregulatory requirements. This includes handling E-Invoice Sales Bills, generating E-way Bills, and managing Purchase Order creation aswell as Sales Order tracking. I am responsible for coordinating Duty Drawback processes for export transactions, along withfacilitating follow-ups for IGST Refunds, DGFT (e-BRC), RODTEP, and ROSCTL schemes. Additionally, I handle costing analysis andprepare monthly stock statements. Managing salary registers and petty cash, I ensure smooth financial operations. I am proficient infiling GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B returns and reconciling GSTR 2B statements. Collaborating with Chartered Accountants, I resolve GSTscrutiny matters. At year-end, I conduct bank reconciliations and draft emails to address various issues pertaining to these processes.Furthermore, I oversee Account Payables and Receivables, while diligently tracking cash orders.
