I have handled projects related to supply chain and the primary focus is on inventory management. To control the inventory various tools and techniques were used like ABC analysis, FIFO, Safety stock inventory and Push- Pull approach. Effectively completed the project and consistently enabled me to drive efficiency and cost savings.
