Training and Presentation on Quality Manual & Quality Procedure and Test Method in accordance with MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements for Chemical and Microbiological Laboratories throughout Malaysia.Main Tasks: • Setting up Laboratories equipped with the facilities as required by the lab. • Provide technical services on method and testing of chemical analysis.• Provide services on documents implementation and documents control.• Follow up on documentations and analysis records.• Guide on reporting results using worksheet/form.• Training on method verification and measurement uncertainty for test method used.• Guide on handling apparatus, sample preparations and performing analysis as per test method• Provide technical support on Proficiency Test as per ISO requirement.• Internal Audit services

• To lead the Water Quality Surveillance Section by performing good and effective leadership• To supervise and execute monitor the preventive and corrective water quality maintenance i.e. sampling activities, sanitary survey and consumer complaints. • Responsible for ensuring the staffs are well trained and capable of handling the task.• Facilitator for drinking water analysis training program and SYABAS Technical Program.• Trains and orientates all new personnel and recommends training as necessary.• Report the progress of the section to top management.• Attending internal and external meeting representing Water Quality Sections• Ensure every program that being implemented meets company target.• To managed OPEX and CAPEX budget

Main Tasks:Extensive experience in the chemical laboratory especially in analyzing food sample, health supplements, drinking water sample, raw and treated water sample (influent and effluent) and biological specimens. Has an analytical, professional skill with a strong, result-oriented work ethic and an emphasis on strategic planning and decision-making. Experience in handling analytical laboratory instruments includes HPLC, AAS, ICP-OES, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR, GC-MS.• Supervises the operations of the laboratory so that it runs smoothly and schedule. Ensure that all test procedures follows the Good Laboratory Practices guidelines, ISO/IEC 17025.• Responsible for ensuring the compliance of documentation and implementation of Quality Control procedures based on ISO/IEC 17025.• Ensure that all staffs are aware of the laboratory test procedure and Quality Assurance in practiced in all lab divisions. Monitor test reports and ensure that correct test reports are produced. Ensure that test results are delivered promptly.• Attends all enquires and complains internally or from clients pertaining to test results. Ensure good customer service is rendered on all occasions. Assist in facilitating all trouble shooting in the lab pertaining to the lab equipment, procedures and instrumentation.• Responsible for the maintenance of all lab equipments. Ensure security of the lab equipment and company properties.• Organize on method performance validation program for all laboratory analysis.• Oversees the contribution of work for all lab staff. To be charge of the duty roster and arrange for coverage whenever necessary.
