Responsible in day to day stores activities by organizing the stores manpower for jobs like Issuing & Returning of Materials.Stores GRN Report against the Purchase of Goods Vs Turn Around Time for it’s closure.Materials Issue Report Vs the Production Requirement was generated periodically to escalate the percentage of Issued Materials.Vendor Wise Supply Vs Outstanding Bill was generated Monthly to know the outstanding and co-ordinate with Purchase Team for the payments.Materials Re-conciliation Report was generated through Strumis Software and physically being closed and the same will be closed with the Finance Team.

Stores & Warehouse Reports Generation on Weekly/Monthly Wise.Vendor Wise Performance Report on Material Deliveries with Pending Status.Timely GRN’s for Accountability & Reconciliations.Re-Order Level’s of the priortorized Valuable materials Daily Issuing & Receipts of the Materials internally within the Project Sector and also to the Vendors.

Engaged in the Branch Operations from Booking to the Logistics Movement of the Consignments and regular MIS Reports preparations on daily basis and sent to Regional Office.Tracking of all the Consignments which are booked from the branch are updated to the Booking Customer based on the delivery date schedule given.

Consignments received and sent are taken for priority with the payload capacity of the Truck,as being the Hub Centre for Tamilnadu,the Logistics movements were huge like Start destination & End destination as maximum and also operated the enroute logistics.
