➢ Responsible for 401K Retirement Money Out Process➢ Understanding and knowledge of BRD/SPED (Business requirement documents/ Summary Plan Description) in order to solve participant queries related to Termination, Exchange, and Participant Demographic Change process.➢ Creating weekly and monthly wise employee’s performance report➢ Coordinating with Trust for stop and Reissue, Overnight delivery of checks and Wire Processing.➢ Having Weekly calls with Onshore counterparts related to processes and challenges that are occurring.

➢ Responsible for 401K Retirement Money Out Process➢ Responsible for ERISA compliance like ADP/ACP Test➢ Have knowledge in 402g Test, 415 Test, 410(b) Test and top heavy testing➢ Processing financial documents in 5500 (invoice, credit memos, cash flow and income statement)➢ Maintaining the balance sheet, fund income and income rec and schedule of assets to preparing 5500 tax filling➢ Uploading comp file in excel CSV format into Relius and doing the data scrubbing and checking the status of PPT➢ Start doing the compliance testing like deferral limit test and non-discrimination testing
