Roles & responsibilities:• Manage and enforce local/global shift coverage to ensure 24/7 operations protecting security for the organization with Efficiently delivering daily BAU tasks. • Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Technology support and Event Handling.• Monitoring and investigating the server event logs to solve the security issues with the most advanced Splunk Tool and categorizing them as false positive and true positive alerts. Effectively contributing to KB for SOC and SOP.• Responsible for delivering agreed Service Level Agreements on weekly and monthly basis on all KPI’s• Actively participating in operational review meetings with client. Analyzing and Resolving the Escalated Incidents/requests.• Monitoring Phishing mailbox adding malicious URLs to the Proofpoint TAP blocklist ensuring email security• To ensure work is organized and processed and completed within agreed timescales, including ongoing monitoringand review of workflow and priorities, in accordance with procedures • Actively detecting the malicious network activity, network traffic, logs, and security alerts to identify potential security threats or vulnerabilities and analyzing the Phishing Email.• By working with various platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Pal Alto networks, Cortex, Microsoft Defender, and cloud apps, used threat intelligence tools to improve the security for 3 different customers.
