As an Operations Manager at Kinetic IT, I manage a 24/7 high paced and critical ICT service desk team, supporting a very large client base of 50k+. With over four years of experience in service desk and call center management, I have developed outstanding operational and communication skills, as well as a strong passion for customer service and cyber security.In my previous roles, I have successfully led public facing and national support teams for the Australian Government and Serco, and contributed to various projects involving CRM implementation, staff development, business continuity planning, and workforce management.
