In this position, I was doing research on synthesis and characterization of high-quality quantum materials for topological superconductivity. My work extended to the fabrication of stencil masks for in situ resist-less lithography. Besides, I was involved in the initial phase installation and calibration of new Si-Ge MBE system at MQML while developing a manual for high-mobility 2DHG growth, optimization of atomic-Hydrogen cleaning in the new system. The lab work was conducted in the state-of-the-art facilities at Microsoft Development Center, DTU-Danchip, Lyngby and NBI-cleanroom. -
