•Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to GBT corporate clients likeBlackrock,Barclays,Salesforce,Microsoft .•Assisting Clients (L1 support) on ONLINE OBT Tools (Hongkong & Australia Region)•All Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex travel for air,rail, car, and Hotel accommodation, utilizing one or multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Sabre,Galileo.•Secondary Quality Check of International PNR's, Ticketing, Reschedule and Refunding.

•Software Knowledge of Navitare (subsidiary of Amadeus), Skyspeed, World Tracer Management andWeb Gui Interface and Microsoft Office•Handling of Check-in counters, Boarding Gate and Arrival•In-depth visa / documentation check and Knowledge of TIMATIC•Performing activities related to Pre-flights / Post-flights for departure and arrival flights (Airbus A320/A321neo).

•Software Knowledge of Sabre (Check-in Interface), World Tracer Management and Web Gui Interfaceand Microsoft Office.•Liaise with Flight Crew for any requirements and provide Load sheet and Special Notification toCaptain Details.•To comply with approved regulations relating to carriage ofdangerous goods.•Planning and liaising with AOCC for aircraft parking and repositioning taking into consideration arrivaland departure times for Flights type (Wide body B777-300ER and narrow body B737-700 & B737-900ER).
