I began my career in the year 2007 as a Desktop Engineer, Microsoft Support. Over these years, I have managed to grow relentlessly both in terms of skill set and organisational hierarchy.In my 15 year-long career, I have worked in the capacity of an Escalation Engineer, SME and Sr. SME. Later I cross-trained and joined SCCM Premier Pilot Batch and served as an integral part of that team which has grown enormously since its inception.As for my current role, I am now promoted as a Team Lead and fulfilling my new roles with unfailing dedication and wit. I believe in taking up new challenges that can help me escalate my learning curve higher with each stepping stone in my career.I consider myself as a great team player, with cross-functional skills. I endeavour to be supportive team lead who is open to solve team issues. I also take pride in the fact that I have always made a good contribution to the team by meeting my targets and been awarded with highest rating on a number of occasions.I am now geared up to innovate my style of team leadership to churn out a highly motivated and good perfoming team. I aim to contribute to strategy execution, system setting and overall process enhancement in the best way I can. I am an effective team lead, with great intra-personal communication which helps me set clear goals for the team so that each member grows at both personal and organisational level.
