It was a startup project with a product vision only.The project involved creating an online exchange for advertisers and bloggers.The project concept is an intelligent search of bloggers appropriate to comply with a specific advertising request.My duties:1. Served as Chief Technical Officer and Product Leader of an international innovative project on the development of a software system for restaurants and cafes.I launched the project from scratch.My duties:1. Provided an overall process control and management within the project: development, testing, launching according to the requirements and terms in time.2. Created a reasonable technical architecture. Chose a technology stack.3. Developed and expanded a product vision based on wants and wishes of managers. Drew up an overall conception and worked out ideas.4. Allocated roles, hired a team.5. I initiated IT-project in order to develop a software system for hotels. The goal of buying a hotel business was to learn the working process, to become part of a target group, so that the product would be interesting for hoteliers.The application enables hotel owners and hotel managers to communicate with each other, to verify their hotel through online booking systems. Information on a hotel, availability of rooms and roomrates may be upgraded from the Channel Manager.The application also deploys an analytics system, which enables to analyse market rates. Furthermore, given the rating, location, services provided, rates, room availability in other hotels and other parameters, the application provides the user with recommendations on pricing. The program also took into account seasonality, holidays and other events in the course of the year, during which it is common to increase or reduce rates.Owning the hotel has proved to be a good option for passive income.As a developer my duties were the following:1. Collecting requirements.2. Conducting analytics, surveys and focus groups with the users (other hotel owners).3. Developing the project from scratch, including planning, writing technical specifications, creating technical design and prototypes, creating a monetization schedule.4. Developing a cross-platform application for iOS, Android, Windows Phone.5. Conducting tests.6. Performing analysis of trends and market conditions.7. Studying user behaviour. Collecting feedback._______I managed to develop a cross-platform client-server application based on the React + python 2.7.The project did not manage to enter the mass market, because most of the target audience were not ready to use the application due to their conservative beliefs.The main achievement is that the application users managed to increase the occupancy by anaverage of 9-11%.The occupancy of my hotel rose by 16% within 4 off-season months, whereas the net profitincreased by 12%.

Officially serving as CTO, I was actually the second most important person in the company after CEO and I also performed functions of Deputy CEO and Operations Director.I performed the following duties:1. Representative functions in the Luxury segment on behalf of the company as a top brand in the segment of individual and smart home system installations. Conducted meetings and negotiations with high-ranking officials and their representatives in Russia and abroad to coordinate decisions at the highest level.I have personal contacts with people from the higher business segment.2. Made and managed overall technical decisions on the project: electrics, low-current systems, communications, software, equipment. Monitored the execution of all the stages of project design, coordination and implementation.3. Controlled the implementation of projects on the individual development and deployment of the smart home systems from the ground zero to the post-delivery support for customers in Russia and abroad. 4. Coordinated design, organizational, financial and technical issues with the Customer’s service, as well as with customers themselves and also with other contracting organizations.5. Searched for and developed relations with suppliers in Russia and abroad. Explained technical requirements, executed technical documentation, held meetings in foreign languages.6. Managed internal IT projects within the company: controlled a full cycle of development and promotion of a company’s own hardware-software package in the field of the smart home systems._______In the course of my work, I managed to introduce the company to the international market, to implement 7 larger projects, to win tenders for 9 long-term and 4 short-term projects, as well as to develop a conceptually new hardware-software package for the smart house systems.

I developed the server-side product part, as well for the iOS product part.My duties:1. Developed a complete software implementation for equipment management operated by mobile devices based on the KNX bus with the possibility to use the server as a centralized management and monitoring tool. As a result, I got an application with this type of architecture: - [optional_server] - .2. Designed and created the system architecture, implemented a client-server application in order to manage lighting equipment based on the ModBUS RTU protocol built with an in-house controller solution. I also implemented:2.1. A server-side part of the application for Mac OS (Python, PHP, C/C++) with the possibility of agile development of interface elements. I also deployed the logic of call-back functions when using agile interface elements of the client end on the server and client side.2.2. A proprietary protocol for data exchange between the client and the server. A controller firmware implemented by my colleagues perceives data packages parses them and change its registers.2.3. A client-end part of the application for the iOS platform for user-friendly management of light scenarios and light effects (Objective-C, swift).3. Continued to develop the existing application for managing a smart home system. Integrated a new development into the existing application. Upgraded the existing server-side part so that the management server within a single measurement system of colours, script numbers, etc., can control/manage different equipment based on different protocols and controllers._______In the course of my performance as Developer, I managed to complete projects on creating and deploying smart home systems based on individual customer requests, as well as to develop product vision and to launch a project on the development of a modular design for smart home systems.

Developed and expanded technical architecture to provide an opportunity for further development of a cross-platform mobile application through visual tools (WYSIWYG).The architecture was implemented on the server side in Django CMS.
