• Manage HR work flow process for new hires, promotions, leaves, transfers and separations.
• Maintain all employment statistics for reporting purposes.
• Manage Visa/Green Card processes.
• Serve as Plan Administrator, maintain records for plans such as healthcare, dental, life and disability insurances, retirement savings and pensions, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
• Lead recruiting effort including sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates.
• Direct annual performance review program including regular updates of individual employee development plans.

• Duties include the administration of claims from beginning to end including compliance and submittal of accident reports required by Labor and Industries.
• Facilitate early return to work duties and responsibilities to provide meaningful light duty transitional work opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with claims managers, physicians, vocational councilors and injured workers.
• Track the reduction of claim costs and increased retrospective premium refunds.
• Second in charge when opportunity arises.

• Responsibilities include reviewing insurance requirements from client contracts to ensure GLY insurance certificates to be in compliance.
• Coordinate those requirements with Contracts Administrator to ensure subcontract agreements have compliant insurance language.
• Review subcontractor insurance submittals and as necessary, follow up to obtain proper certificates in a timely manner.
• Process and maintain records of all jobsite safety audits.
• Prepare, distribute and post subcontractor post-job performance evaluations.
• As directed review and update all safety manuals.
