I am career driven especially being raised in the fmcg environment where I started in 2006 in the Food and Beverages packaging learnership (NQF 3) with Unilever SA pty ltd. The main focus of the learnership was to give an overview with Safety, Quality, Productivity in the production environment. The learnership was team orientated and because of the values we were taught , I strongly believe in team work. I developed interpersonal skills, leadership skills and better communication skills. As a shift champion for TPM and Continuous improvement , I have been moulded to understand a true sense of striving to always continuously improve the processes. My key elements are to deliver good quality on time at a cheaper cost. I understand the interaction chain between the supplier, process and customer. I am looking for an opportunity where I can bring all the skills and knowledge i have into action and add value to the new organization.
