Associate: Growth Catalyst And Listed Equities
Current- I oversee a portfolio of clients/ Business Partners in the following sectors: Machinery & Equipment; Mining and Metals; Textiles & Wood products; Tourism and Services; Chemicals, Medical and Industrial Minerals. Responsibilities include: - Working closely with business partners in identify areas for growth and value creation,crafting and monitoring the implementation of the value creation plans of the investeecompanies- Monitoring of performance of investments.- Monitoring adherence to covenants and terms and conditions of legal agreements.- Analysis of financials & preparation of financial budgets/forecasts.- Restructuring of repayment of facilities and other amendments to legal agreements.- Prepare credit papers to the Credit Committee for approvals of restructures, amendments etc.- Conduct regular visits to clients as part of monitoring of performance, as well as maintaining the relationship between the client and the IDC.- Industry analysis to effectively manage risk, as the role is industry based.- Impairment calculations and review where necessary.- Complete valuations of equity investments within my portfolio where applicable. (Listed, NAV, FCF & PE models).
