Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Technical Interface Office, etc. Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. Menu planning, Shift Based Buffet item preparation, Making carving n presentation for the display in restaurants & cafe, carving out quality check of raw materials received on daily basis, use of multi-functional skills to improve the layout of the quality services in order to achieve higher satisfactory level amongst our guests, ensure to deliver quality standards of food to guest at all times. Joined as an Industrial trainee in this hospitality group of hotels to carry out training program within all departments. During my training I have gained theoretical, practical knowledge and skills required in carrying out food preparations and awareness to the various styles of cooking and presentation skills with prime consideration to maintain hygiene standards.
