My brain is programmed to look for the most efficient and effective way of doing things. When I was a child, I had to help mom with household chores, and it usually took me about an hour to finish what she would finish in 3h. I like to look at what needs to be done and prioritize and organize it in way that’s most efficient. I guess I just don’t like wasting time :) Throughout my life I have developed this natural talent to do things efficiently. From studying various project management methodologies like PMI and Agile, to working in various careers and starting my own company that required the use of this skill in different ways, I’ve learned that being efficient and effective are at the core of any successful leader and business. My love for personal development and constant learning has led me to the world of coaching which brought a whole new perspective about human potential, and added a new dimension to what I bring to the table in my work as a project manager and leadership coach. I enjoy immensely engaging team members, helping them communicate better and dissipate conflict, challenging their assumptions, helping them be more solution-oriented… in essence help them reveal their own potential and bring their best at what they do. From my experience, this has a huge positive impact on successful completion of projects and creating more efficient teams and leaders.
