As a member of Amadeus' technical staff, I am working in the SSP department. I help with the maintenance and monitoring of Amadeus core applications that support the travel platform. I proactively monitor production, identifying and fixing existing faults related to memory and performance.I involved in middleware development and maintenance tasks that facilitate communication between Amadeus's end-user products and backend system. This work is crucial for ensuring that data flows smoothly between Amadeus backend to different components, such as E-retail, Altea Reservation Desktop, and Sell Connect.
