Sabin is currently leading the function of People & Culture for Searle and IBL Group (CoE), Pakistan, aiming to enrich and the employee experience through engagement, learning, organization development interventions. She has gained a diverse HR exposure working with multiple industries with an edge of understanding not just the business part but also through psychological perspective. She launched herself as a psychologist with an interest in organizational development since the beginning of her career. She had a holistic experiential learning in the challenging corporate world and keenly learnt core HR functions, incorporating her expertise in HR initiatives, hence took on multiple projects and gave a true example of learning-by-doing. She started off with learning & development and different OD projects in an HR Consultancy, became a manager and facilitator, and today in an HR Lead role, having hands-on experience as HR Business Partnering and leading People & Culture in CoE. This insightful experience with travelling, interacting with different client portfolios from various industries), has enriched her people and management skills. Moving forward, to inspire human capital, she aspires to conceive and achieve in a strategic role aligning with the business strategy that focuses on evolving. She believes, every individual has strengths that can be perked up and competencies/capacities can be enhanced at any level to meet challenges.Besides the usual professional journey, she has been an expert on a radio show, hosted & moderated sessions on women empowerment as part of social projects, also delivering her expertise as OD specialist and psychologist to social-development organizations. She actively engages herself in writing articles and providing invisible hands to empower people and choose their way.
