Sabin is currently leading the function of People & Culture for Searle and IBL Group (CoE), Pakistan, aiming to enrich and the employee experience through engagement, learning, organization development interventions. She has gained a diverse HR exposure working with multiple industries with an edge of understanding not just the business part but also through psychological perspective. She launched herself as a psychologist with an interest in organizational development since the beginning of her career.
