My professional journey as project coordinator is distributed in three major areas till now:Enterprise : Worked as project coordinator in the project management office on a USD$ 10+ Million dollar project involving extensive stakeholder engagement Experience in working on complex multi-year projects to implement one integrated solution that provided standardized processes to improve user experience & productivity. The project involved various levels of stakeholders & dependencies on other projects.Business : Having a strong business acumen & interest in educating kids, I joined a start up company where I was able to put passion & project management skills together. This project started with a vision to open "Tech School" for kids of all age groups. Having started with one location our organization expanded to more than four locations in GTA, Canada. Lead Project Manager: Laal button is a not for profit performance arts and a digital media production organization. Our mission is to empower individuals to express themselves in meaningful ways through stage as well as camera. In the Performance Arts space, we have organized improvisation workshops, showcases, variety arts shows, Stand-up comedy shows, Open mics in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
