My experience in various Customer Service based roles has really taught me the importance of building trust which I have learned, is the key to building strong relationships.Listening to the needs of my customer and asking the right questions helps me to really get to the root of their problem, while providing a holistic overview of my thought process so that the customer can follow along and offer valuable input along the way. Throughout COVID, I was able to utilize the skills I have in order to successfully CoFound a College Student Targeted Hoodie Brand which made over $5,000 of revenue in the first 6 months and sold in 10 countries around the world! As a small business owner, I have first-hand experience at how much of an impact it can make when you truly take the time to understand your customer.
