The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency has a broad mission. In the role as Communication Partner I work together with managers and experts with prioritized communication activities within the climate area. That involves analyzes, planning, implementation and evaluation to make sure the activities reach the effects. I also work in a development group to develop an editorial working process at the Communication Department.

Had a temporary position as one of four coordinators that works with the process to follow up on the Swedish Environmental Objectives. I worked with a development assignment on how to better include companies in the process and the meassures towards the Environmental Objectives. I also planned and led several workshops during the 6 month at this position. My results led to new assignments where the department management team trusted me to help them on how to grasp the new long term focus areas that will be implemented in the whole organization, to make a transformation until the year of 2030.

I worked with analyzing, planning, implementing and evaluating the strategic internal communication at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. I developed a plan on how the Agency should work strategically with internal communication to achieve the goals. I was responsible for communication from start-up to follow-up, in large change projects that affected all employees such as relocation of offices and transition to activity-based work office or for eg. organizational change. Together with the Human Resourses department and other support departments, I work both strategically and operationally to make internal communication as accurate and clear as possible. In addition to this, I led the intranet editorial staff and created both planned and ad hoc content for the intranet, which was redesigned in 2019. I took part in and had a leading position in the content production for the home page and to set the working methods for the new intranet. I mostly worked directly with the Communications Manager and the Management Team. Together with the Communication Manager I planned the meetings where the whole Agency was gathered. At this position I also coordinated the network for meeting facilitation. I moderated large meetings, both analog and digital. Led workshops for managers, and became a specialist on moderating and facilitating digital meetings where I contributed a lot to the Agency during the pandemic.

As a Communication Consultant I got a short mission for five month at the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, who then decided to hire me as a permanent employee. My main focus during the five month was to start up a Communication Strategy and get the Communication going in two Projects that would mean many large changes for all employees. The first Project was a reconstruction of the Östersund office and a move of the Stockholm office, and at the same time go from individual desks to a shared activity based workplace. The other Project was an implementation of Office 365.

As Communication Manager in the Swedish organisation I worked with all communication channels and had the overall responsibility for the strategic and operationel communication for the Swedish business, both internally and externally. Focus areas are structure and news for the intranet, web page and social media. Also Employer Branding, PR, crisis communication, coaching the managers and support functions are main areas. I was a part of the Swedish Management Group and report to the Head of Corporate Communication in Norway.

In this role the main focus was digital marketing. I was responsible for creating content, setting the overall strategy and daily update of ÅF's social media channels. Together with the IT-department I was a communication advisor for developing the intranet. I coordinated and published all external news and worked regularly with the content on the external website. The new website was launched in sept 2015 and I was part of the project from day one, starting in 2014. This role was very wide and also includes lots of internal communication and events, such as ÅF Offshore Race where I managed the event area and social media.

I was a part of a big event in the city, when there was a ceremony for the swedish royalties and the night ended with a consert. I was in charge of the recruitment and coordination of 60 volounteers for the entire day. The key to success was structure, good communication, planning, flexibility and ability to solve problems, on the spot.
