About Sabina Rogers

Keep your head down and work hard, or lift your eyes up and take in the amazing work you and your coworkers are doing. Either way, are you making a difference? Making sure I can answer "yes" to that question is what animates me every day. My role is effective project management, attention to detail, and modeling a high standard of performance. It is supporting my colleagues with the tools to organize their work, the critical thinking to set their projects up for success, and debriefing afterwards to identify successes and areas for improvement.I have crafted a career in project and knowledge management, with experience in various fields of international development for 15+ years: health advocacy, microfinance and enterprise development, community development, women’s empowerment, and sports in development.
