Plan and organize campus comprehensive sex education events to inform the student population of safe and realistic approaches to romantic and platonic adult relationships and effective self-care tips and strategies. Schedule and conduct individual consultations with undergraduate students to assist them with implementing and maintaining behavior change and healthier habits.

Assisted in the redesign of the curriculum layout to include topics such as decolonizing feminism, the institutionalization of Queer and Trans Studies, Black Feminist Theory, and Feminist and Queer dis/ability studies. Facilitated student learning and comprehension in the Intersectionality, Intro, and Gender, Sexuality, and Black Lives Matter courses by providing thorough feedback and critics on their assessments and assignments and engaged in one-on-one conversations over course topics and readings. Conceptualized racial and intersectional theories by providing personal and real-world examples and experiences.

As part of the $175,000 Tuition-Free Scholarship provided by Berea college, all currently attending students must work at least 10 hours a week, 160 hours each semester, totaling up to 320 hours during the academic year. My newly-created position in the dining hall included responsibilities such as creating 20 healthy meal alternatives for vegans and vegetarians, revamp and incorporate plant-based sources of protein and nutrition in meals, and create alternative plant-based desserts.

Observed 840 minutes of the professor and students' interaction in their classroom environment once a semester. Collaboratively worked with the professor to discuss areas of improvement and strengths throughout the classroom and teaching methods.

Promotion of healthy living and provided services to Berea's college campus. Provided one-on-one consultations regarding behavior-change programs and accountability to those programs and a resource network for other health programs/facilities.

As part of the Berea Bridge Program, which helps incoming first-year students transition into Berea College's rigorous atmosphere, I assisted the Head of the Biology Department to instruct a four-week-long Modern Biology course with 30 students. My duties included grading assignments, leading study sessions, and overseeing lab procedures.

Additionally within the Bridge Program, I, along with 12 other residential advisors, created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, reinforced residence dorm rules and expectations, and planned weekly engaging events for 90 students.

Additionally for the Berea Bridge Program, I provided guidance, reassurance, resources, and advice to a small mentee group of six students.
