I’m a Co-Active Coach working with expatriates to help them discover and embrace the unique gifts inside them, to figure out how they could reinvent and integrate themselves in a new culture environment. My journey into coaching started during my expatriation in Asia where I lived for more than 5 years. Since the first moment, it has been a deep journey discovering who I am, who I want to be and what is standing along the way: an amazing learning experience. My first expatriation in China made me face the loss of my comfort zone which surrounded me before in my home country. Moving to Guangzhou and then to Singapore with two little kids taught me that succeeding as an expat is not about your previous work experience or about having a career abroad. It is about rebuilding your life and sometimes also your career from scratch, dealing with loneliness and distance from loved ones and finding your new identity. It is about connecting to your inner strength and resilience, about being willing to connect with new people and strange cultures, about creating your own opportunities, about having bad days and being stronger the next day. During this period I've had the privilege of immersing myself in different cultures, meeting different people and learning new things, new languages over and over. I’ve met inspiring people, I’ve travelled in many Countries, I’ve written a book (Our Culinary Adventure), I’ve started a job I love, and I’m making my dreams become a reality. This cross-cultural adventure was a long journey of discovery. In Singapore I became a coach, graduating from the Co-Active Training Institute. I currently work with expats around the world who want to grow personally and professionally, with people who want to take charge of their life. Who am I? I’m an enthusiast, in love with life, enchanted by the wonder of the world around me. My life is messy, imperfect but full of love and passion. I like speaking the truth, focusing on what really matters and letting go of what doesn’t.
