Accenture Volunteer Activities:Co-led the Accenture Charlotte Office 2023 “Hour of Code” event – a weeklong series of various volunteer events, both in-person and virtual, focused on promoting computer coding skills for students of all ages. The event reached over 3,000 learners in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Responsible for months long planning, meeting target dates, writing all internal communications, crafting event survey to gauge volunteer interest, brining on new team members to run volunteer events, and recruiting participants.

State Government Medicaid Assessment for CMS Compliance:Assessed current Medicaid CMS compliance through 8 business process reviews with State Procurement & Contracting representatives to ensure eligibility for federal funding. Created templates for self-assessment documentation, designed and maintained SharePoint folder structure to assess data, and utilized MITA Pulse for completed assessment reporting.State Government Medicaid Plan Operations Management:Managed Medicaid plan operations to ensure appropriate recipient benefits for both a tribal Medicaid plan and 6 other managed care plans. Maintained strong working relationships with State representatives, plans and third-party vendors, including responsibility for coordinating project team planning, testing and data analysis. Drafted weekly emails to stakeholders and provided updates at meetings which included 150+ participants.

Assigned to a team working on long term electric car application project for a major car manufacturer. Researched practices for identifying and overcoming project barriers, and successfully implementing solutions. Analyzed impact of 5G on technology, particularly electric vehicles. Shadowed app release manager to understand the process of programming and testing software.

Created the summer Health Class curriculum and taught four Health Classes to high school aged students, included underserved and refugee youth, in Kansas City, Kansas. Trained in food safety and distribution procedures by Harvesters Community Food Network to provide meals to students.

Responsible for direct communications with voters during the primary campaign, including phone calls, canvassing, and written correspondence.

Selected as one of 18 “up and coming” youth artists in Kansas City. Was mentored by local artists during a series of evening classes, created art, and had my work exhibited at the Kemper Museum Space in the Crossroads Arts District.
