 Managing, mentoring and leading a team of electrical, mechanical and structure engineers; Responsible for the maintenance inspection activities of Romania’s EC135 and AS365 type helicopter fleet; Issuing maintenance databases and work orders for minor, major inspections and different modernization and upgrade projects of both military and civil Airbus helicopters type EC135, SA330, SA332, AS365, AS350, AS550, EC155, H215, H225 etc.; Continuously working with maintenance technical documentation such as: AMM, IPC, CMM, SRM, WDM, MRM, technical drawings etc.; Analyzing EASA Airworthiness Directives (AD), Alert Service Bulletins (ASB), Service Bulletins (SB), Service Information Letters (SIL) etc. and issuing work orders to workshop; Analyzing defects resulted from the maintenance inspection process, identifying and issuing repair/parts replacement decisions for correcting resulted defects; Issuing technical reports in terms of man-hour, repair and parts replacement cost estimates for correcting defects resulted from the maintenance inspection process; Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and avionic defects arising from post-maintenance ground and flight tests; Issuing technical quotations for different maintenance, modernization and upgrades activities requested by worldwide military and civil helicopter operators; Constantly verifying the processes within the production maintenance department; Responsible for the continuous improvement process as well as the development and optimization of maintenance processes and maintenance procedures; Constant verification of the processes within the maintenance department.

 Responsible for the major overhaul inspection activities of Airbus helicopters type AS550C3 Fennec fleet belonging to the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces; Issuing maintenance protocols/work orders in accordance with each helicopter configuration, analyzing defects resulted from the maintenance inspection process, identifying, and issuing repair/parts replacement decisions for correcting resulted defects; Producing and presenting to the end customer high-quality technical reports in terms of man-hour, repair and parts replacement cost estimates for correcting defects resulted from the maintenance inspection process;

- Performing maintenance activities, technical overview of incidents and technical support to operations for the Airbus A318-111, A310-325, Boeing 737-300/-700/-800 and ATR42/72 fleet- Monitoring and analysing EASA/FAA Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and act in accordance with these by issuing Engineering Orders (EO) and Work Order Continuation Sheets (WOCS) to Line, Base Maintenance and Planning Department- Designing and issuing aircraft interior modifications, as well as working with EASA Part 21J organisations for obtaining all necessary approvals- Analyze components reliability and issue reports with proposed actions- Setting up Airbus A310-325/A318-111 main and nose landing gear overhaul procedures- Dealing with technical aircraft manuals such as: AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual), CMM (Component Maintenance Manual), AIPC (Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue), IPL (Illustrated Parts List) etc.- Contacting aircraft manufacturers (Airbus, Boeing, ATR etc.) and other aircraft component manufacturers for components maintenance issues, supplying technical documentation and for different aircraft component orders.
