• Managing the operational finances of the yachts, arranging payments and paying crew salaries • Providing monthly accounts and reporting the yachts’ expenditures against approved budget to owners• Meeting with clients to provide the best possible financial support to the owner• Obtaining funds for the operation of the yachts through extensive monthly fund requests, communicating constantly with the crew to keep the running costs within the agreed budgets and discussing cases where there is any over-expenditure with owner so that they are informed in a timely manner• Liaising with fleet managers to understand the plans for the yacht; like shipyard/refit and cruise schedules

• In charge of high volume and critical accounts: promoted products, executed quotations, negotiated corporate contracts, provided outstanding customer service, investigated and resolved customer issues in a timely manner• Assistant to sales manager: provided administrative support, created numerous projects using excel and PowerPoint, prepared agenda and sales materials for sales meetings• Analysed sales reports and district goals to create new business• Part of marketing departments tasting panel for future product: launched new lines, evaluated feed back, timely follow-up and participation in processing initial orders and new shipments• Organized special food shows to promote and launch new products
