- Contract preparation for over 36 different countries in EMEA and APAC across different departments and job roles. - Being Single Point of Contact for Pre-hire Onboarding: Preparing and sending out contract, monitoring the offer for the required signatures, closing out the candidate in the system, processing the signed offer, informing different departments (such as IT and Facilities) about the upcoming hire and welcoming the new employee via email. - Coordinating the onboarding with different ATS Tools and systems such as Jobvite, Workday, HireRight and DocuSign for about 30 new hires per month on average. - Scheduling interviews across multiple timezones- Working closely with respective departments in different countries, including Recruitment, HR Business partners, Legal Department, Finance Department, Visa Coordinator, Background Check Coordinator, Compensation and Benefits Department and others to ensure alignment on offers and onboarding processes. - Working with the Legal Department on contract amendments, implementing of legal changes in existing contracts and constantly monitoring and updating verbiage and content as needed, reviewing new contracts for new entities and reviewing Non-compete/ non-solicit obligations of candidates. - Assisting with Visa Processes globally by working with Immigration Agencies, providing information and documents and monitoring the process. Full Visa exposure especially in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Ensuring supporting documents and data for the offer and onboarding are correct and auditing these on a regular basis. - Assisting the respective HR department with different tasks and paperwork for existing employees in the Middle East (including United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) - Organizing and creating events and team activities for employees in the Dubai Office.
