• Managing finance control like P&L , all dept budgets , Mall annual budget, billing & collection & contract vendor management• Annual marketing plan for driving foot traffic and achieving sales to trigger revenue share , income from events, promotions & SOH• Monitoring leasing control – renewals, casual leasing, brand mix, fit out management, new store opening approvals as per SOP.

Profit-and-Loss Management ,Customer Management, Performance Management, Inventory Control/Shrinkage, Staff Training & Mentoring, Government liaison.

* Budgeting, planning and setting targets to achieve monthly COS, COL and COSV targets of the outlet set by the organization by effective controls and procedures.* To develop the Team and a strong 2nd in command for leading successful operations.
