GameAPP is a hybrid application (Web/Mobile) that I had the idea to create to enable sports enthusiasts to generate real sports games open for everyone to join via a matchmaking feature. Part of the Africa management team, I reported directly to the Africa regional director and functionally to the financial controller for emerging markets. I have owned the full finance function and added value to the Africa business as follows:- I staffed and developed a finance team of 19 associates across the Africa affiliates.- I improved the sales accuracy through an upgrade of the existing S&OP processes.- I owned the budgeting and the financial reporting consolidation for the entire Africa region.- I automated financial workflows and improved the productivity of the finance function.- I led two companies acquisitions in two African countries.- I have worked on strategy, business cases simulation and transformation projects financials.- I changed legal and tax setups that fit the Africa strategy in accordance with group policies

Member of the North Africa Business team, I reported directly to the CFO MENA and acted as the North Africa Regional director Co-Pilot. I owned the full finance function for North Africa. I played a vital business partnering role adding value as follows:- I staffed and developed a finance team of 3-I led the creation process of the legal entity hosting the North Africa business team- I supported the implementation of various distribution models in the North Africa Markets- I put in place the financial reporting process in line with the group policies- I sat up performance dashboards to guide the business team- I rolled out SAP to the local entity- I supported functional teams to update forecasts during the S&OP process- I managed external relations with auditors, tax and customs inspectors
