⦁ Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts viz., journal, ledger, cash book, petty cash and subsidiaries in compliance with various accounting standards. ⦁ Generate Sales Invoice and keep track of payments due through computerized maintenance and tracking of all records in a timely manner.⦁ Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., Customer Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports.⦁ Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.⦁ Involved in preparing of bills receivables after invoicing to debtors, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep receivables under control and collections of payments, etc. ⦁ Accountable for payments through cheque/TT mode and verification of signature on voucher from management to the concerned authorities.
