Senior Incentive Coordinator
Current• Consult with Client Services for IIS project management in relation to incentive merchandising and SOPs execution and fulfilment.• Manage incentive ordering process across a variety of regions with incentive vendors who handle merchandising of digital and physical vouchers while maintaining a positive relationship.• Manage incentive fulfilment process which includes awarding points, sweepstakes entries, charitable donations, and incentive checks.• Administer the purchase of incentives across a variety of vendors conjointly with Finance to execute those purchases within budget and in a timely manner.• Understand of legalities and IIS policies related to incentive fulfilment & sweepstakes processes within appointed region/territory to ensure all sweepstakes operate legally.• Recognize and coordinate new incentive initiatives & emerging trends.• Collaborate with Communications to develop cross promotional engagement events.• Recognize fraudulent transactions and internal process, immediately alerting leadership of any out-of-the-ordinary transactions of incentive redemptions
