I was primarily accountable for designing safety training programs for employees and ensuring response to all specific requirements; maintaining knowledge of all company safety programs and drafting all materials for training programs within required timeframe. Based on required regulations I prepared all HSE training program and schedule of all training programs ensuring all employees receive appropriate training and participate in various committee meetings for site. I administered all worker compensation cases for employees and maintained safety regulations in compliance with all local departments and inspected all fire protection equipments to ensure proper working and document same. Supervising management of all hazardous waste and maintaining records of same; evaluating all air and storm water permits and maintaining documents for same along with ensuring compliance to all HSE programs; developing and recommending improvements to all Quality Management Systems and developing & implement efficient global operations emergency response plans and ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations were also my responsibilities.In addition I provided support to execution of all global operation emergency response plans and managed all emergency situations and designed solutions to all issues and required business tools and executed all HSE procedures and policies. Also I recommended strategies to avoid all accidents and implemented all health & safety hazards for all sites; monitored all conservation and protection programs and maintained hygiene at facility at all times and prepared required status reports. On regular basis I managed communication strategies and prepared required newsletters; participated in all site safety committees and analyzed all job hazard activities and ensured compliance to all OSHA guidelines and performed audit on all activities.

With effective implementation of the regional and global safety and risk management plans across all functions and sites I ensured cultivation of ‘zero accident culture’.
