I am continously engaged in improving population health, comprehensive integrated health program development, implementation, and expansion. Personal passions involves Lean Six Sigma, personality theories, and trauma treatment implementation. Experienced and consultant on Eye-Movement-Desensitization-Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. With 19 years experience in the mental health field, and 10 years of leadership. I am actively engaged in development & redeveloping trauma focused treatment. Also, revamping IOP/SOP/Peer Support/Dual Diagnosis/Wellness curricula throughout the state to shift from "trauma informed providers" toward trauma providers that understand the complexities of addiction, criminal behavior, and the healing process. My educational background and experience working in the field of psychology, and medicine, have provided me with a global, unique perspective and approach to integrated health. Developing a synthetic, authentic, optimal, value based integrated health involves all aspects of the healthcare industry. The system in mind will mend the fragmented systems currently serving our high needs population.
