As Production Engineer:  Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. Providing Work planning / Production Planning for particular job. Overhauling & servicing, Rewinding of AC/DC Motors /Generators.(up to 35MW) Stator and Rotor (LV/HT) winding details taking. Voltage and Frequency conversion, winding designing of Motors/Generators. Daily log book maintaining &Monthly measurements analysis.  Assembling & dis-assembling of different types of Machines. Stator & Rotor core Sub-Assembly. Dynamic balancing of rotor. Attending the customer complaint with operation team. Preparing test report and communicating with customers. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Achieved quality works with proper documentation according to ISO standards such as maintaining testing procedures, test records, calibration records.As Quality Engineer Preparing list of test to be done and set acceptance criteria based on customer requirements. Some of Test Protocols are as follows.o INSULATION TEST (Megger): Normally a 5KV megger is used for this test. This is a non-destructive test conducted between conductor and Earth. This test will ensure that the motor insulation is good enough to carry on further tests or running of the motors at site & there will not be any leakage current due to deterioration of insulation.o HIPOT test (HV test): The HIPOT test is a destructive test that determines the adequacy of Electrical Insulation for the normally occurring over voltage transient. This is a high-voltage test that is applied for a specific time in order to ensure that the insulation is not marginal.o SURGE COMPARISION TEST: it check turn to turn, coil to coil, phase to phase, if there is any short it will detect in form of superimpose waveforms.o RESISTANCE & INDUCTANCE TEST: To check resistance & inductance of the winding.o VIBRATION & NOISE LEVEL: In order to check vibration and noise produced in motor.o NO LOAD RUN TEST: Using dimmer we will supply rated voltage of that motor and note down current consumption, using tachometer will can measure RPM of the motor and note vibration.
