Job Description: ● Handling Major Client’s Walmart Technology, TATA Consultancy- PAN India (TCS Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) & M/s. Replicon. ● Handled 1000 Plus cases for Walmart during the pandemic in remote. ● Handing queries of candidates end to end related to BGV.● Ensure all cases are adhered to the TAT and with 100% quality.● Act as the first point of contact for complaints, Escalations, and Queries from all departments, vendors and field executives, client servicing team.● Responsible for insufficiency clearance and advice on the alternative docs to close the case.● Weekly calls and monthly review calls to lead. ● Responsible for on-time updates to client on discrepancy cases and negative feedback.● Periodically process training to the Employment team on guidelines that need to be followed.● Responsible for Invoicing and payments on time.

Job Description: Client● Handling multiple clients independently.(TCS Chennai, Mphasis, Accenture and many more)● Responsible for candidate BGV (Back ground Verification) ● Build relationships with clients and work on priority cases.● Create plans to address clients’ requirements● Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.● Collate data and analyze on Insufficiency Cases ● Trainee newcomers and report makers on business needs and discrepancy reports● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Edu, Emp, PV, address, court record, police, criminal, CIBIL, bank, PF, Drug, passport, id, database) on the closure of WIP cases● Schedule meetings fortnightly to discuss WIP case & discrepancy cases● Raise Invoice and follow up on pending payments if any.
