With around twenty years experience in Learning & Organisation Development roles, along with a foundation in Teaching my strengths lie in consulting, design and facilitation of learning programs. Basically end to end program delivery. I have worked on many OD projects from performance appraisals, LMS implementation and management ,design of capability frameworks, change initiatives, Corporate induction, onboarding and policy writing.Achievements include running learning programs ranging from 2 day to 4 weeks to one year duration involving the needs analysis, consulting and design, delivering a pilot and then launching with post evaluation to close off the program.I am accredited in Psychological type theory used for coaching and team building. I have excellent organisational skills and ability to work autonomously. With a rigorous passion for continuous improvement, my true passion is working with people to help them realise and implement their full potential. I have also implemented many Learning Management Systems over my career and built e modules within these LMS platforms.
