I create equity-sustaining systems for visionary schools and districts. In partnership, I catalyze system-wide shifts in instructional practices and facilitate the ideological shifts necessary to sustain them. My ability to empathize with teachers and principals while holding them accountable to their vision for equity allows me to mitigate resistance to change while building buy-in and pedagogical content knowledge. As a Black queer woman, I am passionate about empowering people and the systems they are a part of to self-actualize their visions for equity within their school systems. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of serving America’s children as a teacher, coach and curriculum designer in Uncommon Schools, Inc., Public Preparatory Network, KIPP, TNTP, Teach For America and InquirED. With an average NPS of 90+, I’ve facilitated and created professional development for Alder Graduate School of Education, EL Education, Achievement Network, Teaching Lab, Eskolta: School Research and Design, TNTP. In my work across the nation, I’ve built the instructional capacity of teachers and principals, developed visionary strategic plans and sustainable structures for continuous improvement with district leaders. Ultimately, in all my work, I've have sharpened an equity-minded consciousness that has pushed all stakeholders to fight for change within their spheres of influence. Currently, Sable supports school systems nationally as Founder, CEO, & Instructional Expert at Equitable Outcomes, LLC while living in the Greater Philadelphia Area, PA, where she enjoys reading, gardening and supporting Black-owned businesses.Specialties: Instructional Leadership Development, Equity-centered Change Management, Curriculum Implementation, Professional Development, Coaching, Program Design, Project Management, Education Leadership, Capacity Building, Stakeholder Collaboration, Scalable Programming, Equity-Minded Consciousness, Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, Vision-Setting, Strategic Planning, Sustainability, Cultivating self-actualization, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, DEI, Anti-racism, Continuous Improvement, Pedagogical Content Knowledge
