About Sable Mensah
I create equity-sustaining systems for visionary schools and districts. In partnership, I catalyze system-wide shifts in instructional practices and facilitate the ideological shifts necessary to sustain them. My ability to empathize with teachers and principals while holding them accountable to their vision for equity allows me to mitigate resistance to change while building buy-in and pedagogical content knowledge. As a Black queer woman, I am passionate about empowering people and the systems they are a part of to self-actualize their visions for equity within their school systems.
