Partnered with design and merchandising team to source and develop seasonal assortment of casual woven bottoms, accounting for nearly 55% of private label business: Washed Chino, Dress Cotton, Shorts, and MAIDE brand golf bottoms.Communicated daily with overseas factories and mills, sourcing and countering fabrics & trims, explaining BOMs, sketch details, and negotiating fabric/garment cost.Coordinated production deadlines using Time and Action charts: Lab dips, trim approvals, wash process, managing multiple samples across teams: Production (Fit, PP, TOP), Proto, Wholesale, Marketing, PR, & Photo.Worked with technical department to ensure garment fit comments are made, revised fit samples are handled in a timely manner, and that garments are safety compliant using third-party testing.Navigated factory shortages and in-bound delivery issues with ecommerce, merchant, and planning teams.Worked closely with operations/logistics teams, coordinating with freight forwarders ensuring clean transfer of goods from vendors to DCs: Issuing UPC codes, moderating folding/packing protocol, and carton labeling.Managed made-to-order program coordinating with Ninja service team specialty orders involving washed chinos, wedding, and suiting with factories.

Closed multi-million dollar acquisitions for dynamic financial real estate firm specializing in acquiring, developing, and managing urban hotels, primarily in New York City, as well as retail centers throughout the southeastern United States. Assumed duties of in-house Graphic Design Designer and was instrumental for redeveloping visual direction for corporate branding, marketing, and conference material, and reducing overhead by 50%.Coordinated print production and paper selection with area vendors.Leasing Flyers: Redesigned 2-sided fact sheets for 25 retail properties. Provided demographic research, content, graphics, mapped locations, and created site plans. Maintained and updated company website as webmaster.
