I am an independent programmer with a passion for games and a commitment to delivering high quality work with efficiency. A quick learner with a versatile skillset, I have experience in various software development projects ranging from games to web development to business solutions.My experience is mostly made up of game projects during school, during which I developed my programming skills in C++ and C#. However, while game development was my primary focus, I also contributed to the game design of these projects.During my internship at A*STAR, I gained experience in machine learning, using Python and TensorFlow, and familiarized myself with cloud computing through AWS. In my spare time, I also work on web development projects, mainly making use of PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, working on simple browser games focused on collecting "pets", built upon an open-source framework featuring systems such as inventories, shops, and forums.I am excited to learn about various disciplines in IT, and believe that a diverse skillset will develop stronger foundational problem-solving and analytical skills. I also think that it can inspire game design, potentially creating a novel product that makes use of cutting-edge technology.I wish to create an indie game in the future, and to that end, have pushed myself to take on more managerial roles over the years. With future work experiences, I hope to develop my skills in this area, and also to gain more insight into the games industry.
