As Talent & Organization Sr Manager I lead the Talent Development & Learning team that supports key global accounts designing best in class learning experiences. As part of this role, we help organizations transform their most valuable asset: their people.

Main Responsibilities• Design and develop Argentina practice in Talent Development and Learning• Recruit and develop Instructional Designers and Multimedia practice• Transform local and global clients in how their employees adopt change through new ways of learning• Lead end-to-end learning academies

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to: • Develop and Maintain supporting documentation such as the curriculum document and the training development plan. • Monitor, maintain and manage the curriculum and training development plans.• Develop and maintain expertise in the software implemented • Resolve issues with learning delivery • Works with business to prioritize requests against capacity and affordability • Help the business determine and prioritize the appropriate areas for learning investment• Ensure all stakeholders have an accurate knowledge of key customers priorities• Conduct Training Needs Assessment • Define Training Delivery Strategy • Oversee the training design, development and delivery activities • Monitor the activities of the instructional design and training development team• Conduct Train the Trainer • Primary accountability is to contribute instructional design expertise to the design, development and testing of all training materials• Support training development, scheduling and delivery

Design and development of human-centric learning experiences in different formats such as Instructor-Led or Web-Based. Delivery and deployment of SAP implementation.Storyboarding | Camtasia | uPerform

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to: • Monitor, maintain and manage the curriculum and training development plans.• Primary accountability is to deliver training to New Hires• Support in the training and business communications• Review the learning curve of the employees• Promote more company actions for employee recognition
