On a day to day basis I use all of my knowledge I have learnt from being an assistant manager and havegained the confidence to grown with myself to being able to run my store to the best Ican and to achieve all targets that are set. I look more deeper into my salesanalysis/Figures to see where my store is currently working towards and where theimprovements need to be made, this could be layout, stock or location. Checkingall wardrobe allocations and seeing if all stock is all currently correct withtheir Mins/Maxs. Running the shopfloor smoothly with my team of 5 and overlookingthe running of the store. All HR related areas and recruitment. Merchandising/VM.Giving the correct and most up to date training via Nimble and role play trainingwith equipment /products with my team. Giving a high stand of customer service toour customers and making those who are not regulars to become them. Keeping allareas organised to the best of my ability and keeping the whole of the store'scleanliness to a high standard.

On a day to day basis my main role was to be the main point of contact for theteam and to run the shopfloor to give the best customer service given. Aswell asthose I was given tasks to look through/understand sale analysis, figures,Mins/Maxs. Other duties would be Merchandising, /VM, Stock replenishment, Teamtraining, Stock takes. While I was an Assistant Manager, I gained the confidenceand the wanting to step up to the next position of store Manager which I wassuccessful in doing and feel very proud in myself to being able to grown withinthe same company.
