* Responsible for setup, processing, and distribution of consultant payroll and payroll adjustments in a highly accurate and timely manner.* Review consultant time cards ensuring proper posting and coding of consultant time to appropriate accounts and projects.* Maintain accurate and timely consultant timekeeping records in order to comply with labor laws and other legal employment requirements in a multi-state payroll environment.* Research A/R issues related to billing and auditing of outstanding accounts* Prepare weekly management report which details status of remaining Purchase Order funds, past due accounts and problem accounts.* Manage all EDD and IRS correspondence* Monthly reconciliations in Quickbooks and Intuit Payroll systems.* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.* Make collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.* Assist in various special projects as needed
